Don't Come Up With Reasons Not To Do Something

Don’t come up with reasons not to do something. If you, or someone in your startup has a solution to a micro problem, even if it’s not likely the perfect solution, just do it. Don’t question it or come up with reasons not to do it. The process of even questioning it leads to overhead that slows it down and both makes it less likely to get done and seem more important than it actually is. In a startup almost none of the decision you make matter, the only thing that matters is creating a framework where decisions are made.
